Preparing For Failure In The Lead Up To COP 29

From November 11 to 24, 2024, the government of Azerbaijan will host COP 29 in its capital, Baku. COP 29 will include the 29^th Conference of the Parties to the Framework Convention on Climate Change, the 19^th session of the Conference of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP 19), and the 6^th session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Paris Agreement (CMA 6). Given the large number of government and non-government representatives expected to attend, the conferences will be held in Baku stadium.
