There is public controversy over Canada’s EV mandates swirling in the press and on social media. This video takes a look at what people are saying and claiming about the alleged benefits of EVs over conventional vehicles. The video also explores the undue influence of hidden government funding to organizations on the “Pro” side of the debate, making things rather unfair for consumers who are getting biased information. Automakers have requested that the mandates be repealed, but the headline news always seems to be about what environmental groups (ENGOs) think. Recently, the United States issued two reports, one about the so-called ‘climate cartel’ which is an coordinated effort between asset managers and financial institutions, along with ENGOs to coerce Net Zero compliance from companies; a second report examines climate science and finds that reducing GHGs from all motor vehicles in the USA would have an immeasurable impact on global warming/climate change. If so, then Canada being about 1/10th the size of the USA, means whatever we do would be even more meaningless. Let’s sort the facts from fiction on the Pro vs No on EVs.

A good report. Maybe soon the new U.S. climate rethink will move to Canada. Too bad that the Liberal voters are afraid to try a better approach.
